There’s a spot on the team for you!

In 2017 the SportAbility Rolling Panthers was established by SportAbility of Iowa. They partnered with Blackhawk County Family YMCA of Waterloo, Iowa as there home facility. The team is registered as a Junior Prep with the National Wheelchair Basketball Association (NWBA). Rolling Panthers primary goal is to serve youth 13 and under with opportunity to play competitively, playing in tournaments all over the Midwest. Come to a recreational practice or contact us! The team practices Saturdays from 1pm to 3pm at BlackHawk County YMCA. Rolling Panthers scheduled has not been announced for 2019-2020 season yet. This for beginners, youth, and adults wanting to try out wheelchair basketball. It’s fun to just get in a chair and Play!

Along with weekly practices, we hold 6 week program events for Rolling Panthers, which are announced on our Facebook Page. These programs are throughout the state a change based on facility, player needs and availability.
